Co-project of collective translations with Bekriah Saeb (and formerly Malak Afouneh): a trinity of an artist, a translator/writer and an editor from Palestine, 2017-
The translated texts from English into Arabic, are often of selected articles and essays on the event of the photograph, the image itself, and ways of seeing or reading it. Amongst the translated texts are: Hito Steyerl, In Defense of the Poor Image, 2012; John Berger, Image of Imperialism, 1967-1968; and other excerpts from Walter Benjamin, Berlin Childhood around 1900 and Surrealism: the Last Snapshot of the European Intelligentsia.
